Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Was informed on my install date that my tires didn't arrive. They didn't know the arrival date. Asked to get early date to reschedule. They only had one day available and that will be during a snow storm. I told the rep I can't drive the car in the snow because my existing tread isn't great. That's the reason for the new tires. That was the only day available. The tires at Sam's are about $100 less than going to a tire shop. Given that we are now two weeks from the date I ordered the tires, we don't know when they will arrive, and the only available date is during a snow storm, I'm regretting my purchase.

Technician didn't tighten lug nuts, and told me to drive home and come back tomorrow. Tires where not balanced correctly, went to dealership to correct. Waited 6 hours with appointment. Lucky my car wasn't damaged and no one got hurt. Stay away!!

Came into get my tpms sensors replaced. The technician told me that the bolts were overtightened and can’t be put back. When I look at the nuts the threads are clearly stripped and I can’t even put in a replacement bolt. Even though this was the only shop that touched these tires within the last 3 weeks, they won’t own up to it. It’s shocking when the tire shop across says that’s probably from mounting the tires incorrectly, but the store managers don’t agree because they said their techs “told them that’s not the case”

4hrs to get my tires changed and all I see then do is talking in the back and other coworkers. Bad service, this area really should be closed or get audited at the very least. A week after changing my tires I find one with a slow leak. Go to pump it and they’ve messed up my valve stem on that wheel. They were fine before that because I pumped it all up prior to getting it changed. Do not come to this location!

Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. They ordered the wrong size tire that they TOLD ME TO ORDER and online says it fits my vehicle by VIN. I WAITED week for install and when my son got to his apt at 230 to drop off for 3 pm service he was told they would be about 1, 1.5 hrs. No big deal. At 430 I get a call from a kid telling me they are the wrong size tires and that it was my fault. I explained i was instructed in store and online to puchase these and i need to have this resolved correctly and why are we finding out 2 hrs after my car has been there. He transferred me to Gastavos the manager who let me know he was off the clock and doijg me a favor even speaking with me. He told me it was my fault for odering them online and belittled me being EXTREMELY rude and challenging w
