Check that your lug nuts will properly come off prior to stopping at there store or you’ll have to reschedule. Price and warranty look great however I never got a chance to have my tires installed. Stopped in 3 days after ordering the tires couldn't even ask a question guy at the counter was rude and didn’t want to waste time answering questions. Just responded with I’ll call you when the tire gets here didn’t sit right with me and after walking the store for 5 minutes decided to cancel the tires with him. Couple days later get a email tires arrived ugh I’ll give it another chance called the store connected me to a call center asked to speak to in store associate it was the same guy who I canceled with but very pleasant this time. Now I try walk in 9:30am paid and associate calls single

Sam's Club may be an OK place to buy bulk groceries but for tires look elsewhere, their service is really slow and they will keep you waiting for hours. Their workers will make excuses for why they can't fix your tire. They make big promises for warranties on tires they sell but won't stand behind them. Find a small family owned tire shop in your area, you may pay a little more, but they treat you better and provide good customer service.

The tire and battery shop is great! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are great too. When there's a manufacturer discount you get the discount off immediately, not a visa card like other "Discount" tire shops. The guys there took care of my cars like it was theirs - I really appreciate the wonderful service they provide. This is the place to go for tires!!!

OMG! Found that tire repair is perk of the plus membership! My tire light was on, I filled with air and next day the light was on again. So I had something, nail or screw, made an appt, same day which was awesome. Didn't ask what's the cost, figured I'd just pay. Got there checked in, still I didn't ask for costs. They call that my car is ready, I go and they just give me the key. I say, I still need to pay, they say that it's a perk, no charge. I was so happy!!!

Don’t go here, took forever to get my tires done, after I got my car back a whole bunch of codes popped up and when I called to see to fix it they did not sound like they wanted to help, when I looked on my dash cam to see if they did anything on the car my dash cam was wiped cleaned, decided not to take my car back and now have to go to a professional to fix it.
