Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Every time they disappoint. My wife and I ordered tires online and set up an appointment. We were notified that the tires arrived and when we showed up for the appointment one of the tires we paid for was sold to another customer. Another time we were told that since there were things in the trunk (freezer bags and reusable shopping bags) that they could not lift the panel in the trunk to find the lug key. This resulted in us waiting for over an hour. This time we came in for a tire rotation and I am still waiting it has been a hour and I was told that they just started on it and it would be another 45 minutes. We setup an appointment but apparently those are meaningless here. If you can at all avoid it, don't get service done here. There is never anything offered to make up for their horr

This guy William is telling me that they're all booked up on a Sunday at 3pm. One car in a bay, no one else. This is what they do best .. Nothing! They make excuses in why they can't do any work. This is not the first time they've done this to me or others. Less than acceptable!

Unprofessional and messed up my valve stem. Had to go back 3 times to get issues fixed. Overheard them say negative comments about me but anyone would if they had to deal with this.

Bought my last set of tires at Sam’s partly because of the free flat repair. You don’t plan flats and when I take it in to get it fixed I’m told they probably can’t get to it today. They aren’t even willing to squeeze it in between the people getting new tires. We see know working the tire center besides the one guy at the register that can’t help because I can leave my car for three hours and they may or may not be able to get to it. Won’t buy my next set here.

My initial visit getting a new set of 4 tires was terrible, I’m only leaving this 5 star review because Jacob (who was not part of the initial process) went above and beyond to make up for everything when I got a flat 2 weeks later.
