Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I should have heeded the reviews before me. There were two young guys, that looked like they had no idea what they were doing. They damaged all four rims putting the tires on. Do not Go Here!!!!

HORRIBLE!! After paying over $700 for tires, they sent me to purchase lugs twice and when I returned the second time, they told me I would have to get someplace else to replace the lugs. Spoke with the manager, Donna, who informed me that they don't replace lugs and I should have been informed of this on the first day. She was pleasant and professional. She spoke with the team leader, and I was given a gift card for my time and inconvenience. Finally got the tires installed on the 3rd day, but they didn't even bother reattaching the spare. They just threw it into the back of my truck. If I could give this service -1000 I would. Don't take your vehicle to this place.

I paid $700 for tires that weren't even sealed properly. Never again 😤 they went flat before I even left terrible customer service very unprofessional.

Charlie and Reid at the Tire Center were both excellent and extremely helpful. They helped me to get the best deal on my tires and provided great customer service. Very thankful for their help.

DONOT!!!!!!!!! Go Here they are very rude & unprofessional the customer service stinks and the guys are not helpful at all. Sam's needs to take the tire center out of the store it a terrible look on Sam's as a whole I didn't want to give this 1 star but I had to so i could post ZERO stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
