Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Would give zero stars if i could. Just called to see about a tire price range. They wouldn't even look up the price for me. Instead told me I had to bring in my car to have it looked at. Yeah , no worries I definitely will not be going here or suggesting it for any auto needs!

I have to STRONGLY recommend against getting tires here, unless you're certain you need them. I recently bought a car and got a nail in the tire. Took it into Sam's for their courtesy tire repair service. Waited about an hour, they called and told me the nail was too close to the sidewall to repair; and also that the tread was below recommended on all 4 tires. Keep in mind, these are 65k tires with 30k on them, so I was a little suspicious. Especially considering I checked the tread depth myself less than a month prior when I bought the car at the dealer, and found they had about 70% left on them. So I refused the service and took the car to a local shop I'd used in the past for another vehicle. I told them about the leak, and asked them to check and see if the tread was okay. They inform

I’ve had multiple positive interactions with the Tire team at Sam’s in MB. They’ve done quality work with a new sets of tires for both my truck and car. Besides normal rotations, they were also able to handle a tire swap for my RV. It’s always best to make an appointment to avoid excessive waiting.

Usually a good experience if I go straight through Dave but have been here the last two days and had an appointment both days set up and still waited almost 2 hours both times. The second time was to switch one tire. No paperwork or anything just handed them my keys and didn’t get them back until 2 hours later! Really bad experience.

Pitiful place. Waited an hour to talk to someone about ordering tires. I do not recommend this place. Go to Discount Tires in Surfside Beach. That is where I went and they answer their phone. Try calling Sam's tires. They do not answer phone.
