Sam's Club Tire & Battery

They have the absolute most incompetent customer service representatives when you press #3! I have been calling for two days because I have tires under warranty and they keep needing plugs. I am not playing outta pocket, that's what the warranty was for!

Bought new tires from Sam's and was told they couldn't put them on because my tire lugs was swollen!!! They recommended I go and get new lugs at a tire place then they could put them on. WHAT??? I went to a tire place and they said nothing was wrong with my tire lugs. I was told Sam's has sent people here before. I'm very upset with Sam's and I will cancel my membership. I know Cosco is right down the street so I will be getting there membership

OK I guess.. Pricing is good enough, but they are so busy you can't hardly ever get in anymore. Frustrating also, that they say it will be 30-60 minutes, then you get a ride, and before you get 5 minutes away, they call and say they are done? Pretty sure they didn't rotate/balance on the first visit after install. Also sometimes, they say 30-60 minutes and it's 3 hours.

Overall, customer service wasn’t bad but I will never trust them with my car again. I had simple tires put on, and had to come back 3 times because of issues with the tires deflating, etc. A month later was driving and heard popping sounds thinking my bearing or axle needed to be replaced, but turns out Sam’s had not tightened THREE lug nuts on my driver side wheel.

Good service but watch the warranty. Bought a set of BF Goodrich sport comps for my car. On the BF Goodrich website they have a 45000 mile warranty at Sam's there is a zero mileage warranty after calling BF Goodrich I found out they sell wholesale bulk tires to places like Sam's and Sam's has to put their own warranty on them.
