Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Gotten all 4 of my vehicles new tires installed, along with new batteries. Staff is friendly, just make sure you set up an appt if not they don’t take walk ins, only on Saturday first come first serve basis. I also go every 5k miles to get all my of vehicles tires balanced and rotated for free, which is a great perk of having a Sam’s club membership since other shops usually charge for this service. Would recommend to go super busy when they open and shop around while you wait for your vehicle to be done. They call you when it is ready. 👍

They had the battery I needed in stock and available for pickup on a Sunday. It wasn't the very best battery that I was looking for, but it was good enough considering my situation and it was a good price. The staff was friendly and gave quick service. Well done guys.

Buy tires from Sam's. It's great deal. But never let them install it on your car. My installation $15 per tire cost me snapped wheel studs I had to replace after. How much mechanics charge to replace one? $100 to $200 each? So do yourself a favor and use real tire centers for installation.

Went in person after looking online to make sure they carry my tire, the guy said they were out of stock. I asked well can you order them, he said no and walked away. And YES he can order them !!

I got my tires mounted and balanced 2 months ago, I’m dissatisfied that they used clamp weights when I have chrome rims and had stick on weights because I balanced the tires myself (I am a mechanic and have access to a balancer and did the job no problem) and my steering wheel didnt shake, now it shakes over 60, my rims have markings where they placed the weights, and took 2 hours to do a job that should only take a half hour, (.5 for flat rate) these are all issues I had 2 months ago as soon as they did their job I just never felt the need to mention it until I saw the marks start forming around the weights now. Them putting clamp weights on the chrome clearly shows lack of experience and shows the lack of effort the “tech” has to not have cared and not do the job the way it was done befo
