Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Last night I was in a major bind. I had gotten a flat tire 45 mins away from home, and thought I was going to have to get a tow due to it being 6:45pm. I called over to Sam's club Tire dept, and I was in luck, they had my tire in stock. They were located 5 mins from where I had tried to just purchase an air pump, to see I could make it back with just a refill of air, but it was leaking too fast. When I arrived it was 10 mins to close. But the employees at the tire dept agreed to stay 30 mins past close to fix my tire! Then I had a previous warranty on my tire from the COS Sam's club location, and their tire was a superior brand to the one I had on. I would like to thank Dan for taking care of us after some issues with the service that we encountered and also a tire. After all of the issues that we had encountered, Dan took care of us. We appreciate the professionalism and the service he gave us.

Sams Club have the best stores but the worst customer service. I called three times and still couldn't reach tire and battery department.

Waited for 2 hrs after they make a mistake of order tires that they don’t have and have to re order different ones and take more the 3 hr to get my car in terrible service I will never came back her even if I’m a plus member…

They never answer the phone, and it is almost impossible to get an appointment made. Is really sad the time of service you are getting, and I am paying for a membership.
