Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Giselle and Hailey at Sam's Tire shop were great. We were running a little late and they were more than accommodating. There was a little bit of a struggle getting the tires that we ordered set, but after they walked us through everything that we would need to update on the car for the future. Sam's Tire service absolutely rocks compared to Costco. At Costco they will try to upset you at every point; all while none of the staff know what they are doing.

Tire center is awful. Waited over 45 minutes to check in. With multiple associates calling for assist. No tire associate ever showed up to check me in. Called for the manager and they refused to show up. Ended up leaving and having my special order tires returned. Good tire prices, but you will not have any support once tires purchased. Save your time and buy from a reputable tire shop. The customer service is just not present. The manager never returned my phone call. Honestly, I would have rebooked my appointment. But they didn't even have the respect to communicate with me. Ended up going to discount tire. Paid more, but worth the customer service.

Ordered my items online and then picked it up within an hour. What else could you ask for? They did a little rearranging of the parking lot which was a little confusing at first but no big deal. Even if I had just showed up and shopped as usual I still prefer Sam's Club over COSTCO any day. Much more pleasant experience.

Jose is the most rude person I have ever dealt with. Go to an actual tire shop with good customer service

Chris and Zach were super nice and stayed a bit after to finish up a flat I had. Great service!
