Sam's Club Tire & Battery

As a member of Sam’s Club, I I purchased tires and they were installed. They were very helpful and they did an excellent job with insulation. They were all very very helpful and did a great job of checking my vehicle to make sure that everything was up-to-date and in good condition before you let my car go, I recommend anyone to go here to get their tires. They also provide service for batteries good job Sam’s Club. I just wish I had more locations because there’s only like one in Richmond and they don’t have any locations in Fredericksburg area. Because of this, it makes it very hard to get to the store. I’ve only used my membership once this year.

My experience has been very bad at this place. I went there first at 8 AM and they told me they take people by appointments only BUT it is written nowhere. Also, they took the third person in line who also did not have appointment. When I pushed for it, they reluctantly took me in but told me it would take 4 hrs to complete the service while they took the third person in line first for the service. So, not only they allowed someone to cut the line but also showed partiality, based on what I wonder! If you ever go for the tire warranty here, good luck. They simply denies it with one objection after another - Tire alignment, rotation etc. I don't know when will Sam's club fix this location's tire & battery center.

Came in just to fix a flat tire, and was told maybe a 1 hour and half to 2 hour wait. After 2 hours, my car still hasn't been placed into the shop. Waited for 4 hours spending time just looking at the front desk employee, while mechanics just stand and talk right in front of me... Unbelievable.

Very bad experience. Inaccurate online information, inaccurate hours posted in club, poor customer service, and as I write still waiting after 5 hours in club for a single tire installation. Will never purchase from Sam's again and will not be renewing club membership.

These guys really did a great job balancing the tires. My Subaru had some issues with uneven wear and they were able to place the tires appropriately so that all the vibrations would go away.
