Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Install was a bit lengthy, but the service people are always friendly. Even got a nail shortly after getting new tires and the fit me in same day to patch and repair the tire.

I just want to say what a difference it makes when you have a manager (Ivan) and a crew (Tristan and Ty) that actually give a damn! Great customer service after the sell not just during the sale! Thanks again Ivan and crew!

I had an appointment 2/6/2021 to replace 1 tire. Took 45 minutes to do and when I get to my vehicle I see they replaced the wrong tire!!!! Then they took an additional 20 minutes to put it on the right side. That's not all though they forgot to place the center cap back on my wheel so now I have to drive back and hope they still have it. Horrible horrible experience I do NOT recommend. They don't keep any of the tires in stock so it would be a week wait to get a flat repaired.

Worst customer service. They never pick up the phone, or just pick up and then hang up. On another occasion, they scratch my wheel real bad and denied it. Lucky I took pictures of all my wheels before the service. Lot's of run around before get them to pay for the repaint.
