Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Unprofessional, disrespectful, -0% Customer Service..a devastating experience..broke my lug nuts and then advised me that they could NOT get the spare off so I would have to take my car somewhere else to get the tire put on that was already PAID IN FULL & receipt showing ALL services rendered and completed. NO MANAGER for the department! Called Customer Support, which for one hour was a transfer exchange x 3 +"Hold Ons" ...NO. Manager at any level would get on the phone! Final Question was "My Manager asked, "What do you want?" "My Money Back! It's not a Tire Center... It's a "AT YOUR OWN RISK CENTER" AND The Risk are COSTLY!

Nice enough Folks but workmanship is very disappointing. Ive been a 16 year member. After tire installation my rims (OEM) were scratch and covered in grease. Unfortunately I didnt notice until the day after (left at sun down). I will not be purchasing again. Also, they did not honor the price when i ordered the tires online.

At 72 years of age, the shop staff would not help me remove my spare tire from under my truck bed, nor replace it. Then charged me $152.00 for the replacement tire. The week previous I purchased a wider tire at another establishment for only $137.00., and they replaced the spare under my truck. Probably won't purchase tires from SAMS again.

Bought tires for my pick up one tire has a nail bought it here 2 to get it fixed and nothing I will never buy tires from here again

Don’t try and save money by going here. Just go to a real tire place. Broke studs and lug nuts.
