Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Man!!….. Edward and those guys killed it! He said our Wagoneer would be ready in a hour or so…. It was ready in less than a hour. Those guys knocked it out the park and was very professional!

Clean store well stocked for a big box store it's one of the better ones except the game of Russian Roulette of trying to make it through the exit line. It really depends on who the door lady is whether you're going to have a pleasant experience or a very frustrating one. Some are very sweet and do their job efficiently and others are rude, nasty and demanding. My biggest frustration is they always have to open my frozen food bag on the hottest day and leave it open.

Made an appointment for tires was told to go to a certain location on a certain day at a certain time as appointments should go. The guy at the desk proceeded to tell me that they didn't have my tires, as he walked around and pretended to "look" for other tires and tell me that they could order tires for me but I would need to make an appointment again. I was just smiling at how amusing this "tire center" is. It's as if they are doing their best but just not quite functional.

Tires were ordered. I tried to set up an appointment to have them installed. I am now in my 3rd hour trying to reach Auto and Tire or Customer Service. It will ring about 30 times and then they will pick up and hang up. I can hear it connect. Worst customer service in any Sam's I've ever been in. Three times I reached Bakery??? Twice they hung up on me. Finally a lady took my information and said she would go to Auto/Tire and have them call me.

Fantastic Service! The lady that ended up selling us tires really worked with us and helped us find a tire for a reasonable price and good quality. Not only that, but their tire prices are even competitive to the prices of tires online! Highly recommend!
