Sam's Club Tire & Battery

65k warrant tire worn out at 30k. Sam’s manger Cianus said “we didn’t rotate and balance your tires so warranty void” 1. I was there 5 or 6 times they can’t find records 2. The previous day one of the employees told me he can’t find my warranty I have to call head quarters. I called and they found the warranty I did rotate and balance at pepboys and myself Who wants wait for hours to do a rotation? That’s is BS and ignorance from Sam’s Never shop at sam’s tire I got my previous tire from Costco last me passed the warranty 60k They sell you defective tires and blame it on consumer Ask yourself how come 2tires worn out at 30k? One at the front and back Just don’t shop at sam’s tire

Unfortunately, the negative reviews about Sam’s Club Tire Center are accurate. I visited on 02/25/25 at approximately 2:50 PM to inquire about a tire repair. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. After a short wait, an older gentleman greeted me and stated that he would find someone to assist me. A younger employee eventually came out, and when I explained that I needed a tire repair due to a nail in my tire, he immediately dismissed my request without even inspecting my vehicle. His lackluster demeanor, unprofessional attitude, and uninviting presence made the experience incredibly frustrating. When I asked if he was even going to look at my car, he casually replied that he “can”—as if doing his job was optional. At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. To mak

I initially saw the google reviews and was bummed that i could be coming here and waiting a long time or getting terrible service. I was already having a bad day from having a flat tire and then i saw a 1.9 rating and didn’t have high hopes but this was the closest sam’s to me. I’m giving 5 stars because i had great and timely service from Joe the moment I came in til the moment i left. He did everything quick and timely and assured my tire was still under warranty. I was in and out in 35min. Honestly, this crew should get more credit than the rating it shows on google. Thank you so much for making a bad moment easier and better!

Tech claimed my flat tire didn't leak air without dipping it in water. Then realized it was leaking after I insisted he dipp my tire in water. Then didn't put my valve cap back on. 2 very young techs with bad teenagers' approach. I wouldn't hire them!!

If you have a foreign or "higher end" vehicle DO NOT go to Sam's!! You will have to buy your parts elsewhere & bring them in to Sam's and even then they may not get the service right!! The techs give partial info and it's TRULY a hassle!! Just use same to buy the tires at a reasonable price but DO NOT use them for service!! No wonder install is only $20 per tire... you get what you pay for!! Never again.
