Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Kaitlyn, Brandon, and the rest of the technicians were very friendly and informative. They let me know that my sensors needed to be replaced—something the Lexington Sam’s Club apparently does not offer. I truly appreciated their customer service. The team also informed me about a cross-threaded lug nut and chose not to work on it to avoid damaging the stud, which I greatly respect. Excellent crew overall. I will definitely be back! Also marked the bad lugnut for me, so i can fix the stud myself.

We had some trouble with a battery we bought at Sam's club it took a couple months to get them to replace a faulty battery. I felt disrespected by one of the gentlemen I believe he might have been the lead person for that department. After four trips there they finally did replace the battery. We have bought tires there in the past and never had any problems with tires for repairs for tires there.

Incompetent staff the girl at the front has no clue what she’s doing the guys in the back could not get my lugnuts off to take the tire off and I had to take it to Goodyear. The staff realized after 2 hours of having me wait that they actually can’t fix the tire because for all wheel drive vans they only change all 4 tires at once. Incredibly frustrating unrealiable experience

Staff are very nice and helpful. Service was scheduled and quick--45 minutes. Ordered tires online and was notified when they were there. Made appointment, went, got tires, left. Simple and easy. Manager was experienced and knew tires and balancing which is getting very rare. Solid experience. And, tires come with free lifetime rotation- nice!
