Valvoline Instant Oil Change

My dad tried to help me out my taking my truck in for an oil change. They didn't tighten the filter back on and sent my dad on his way with oil leaking out. Impossible to reach someone helpful, just keep getting transferred around. Absolutely furious. I was told by my mechanic that I was a quart away from the engine blowing up. Thanks for nothing and the extra money spent, guys. I managed to find the store number instead of the corporate number. Spoke with the manager, who said he was submitting a claim and that corporate would call me "in a few days" 😂 How can you be okay letting people go without a vehicle for an unknown amount of time because of YOUR STORE'S mistake?! I'm going over this morning with the hope that they do the right thing.

I was in there today with my husband, and the service was absolutely amazing quick and fast, very sweet and kind individuals. The two individuals that stood out the most to me was a young man named Sean little short guy, tattoos, and a beard and a larger individual named Jaden these two men were very kind very on it. Best management I’ve ever seen in the store. The last two managers was a disgrace. Keep up the amazing work and thank you for the new manager.

The oil change itself was done quickly (around 10 minutes) and efficiently, but what made it a great experience was definitely the team’s friendliness! I have autism, which usually makes socializing a bit stressful for me, but Shawn was warm and polite, making me comfortable as I waited, and he was extremely helpful, walking me through the various options and assisting in checking my mileage. Definitely coming back here for my car’s routine servicing in the future!

This is the best place I have ever got an oil change. I'm an older woman and they are honest and so helpful with anything you ask about your car. I needed new windshield wipers and while they were changing my oil I ask them about some, they said they didn't have what I wanted in stock, but told me where I could get them and if they wouldn't put them on to come back and they would do it for me. They go beyond the call of duty. I wish all places could be like this one in South Point Ohio

I stopped at Speedway to put air in a tire and it was sucking the air out. I stopped by Valvoline in a frantic hurry at 9 lb of air left. They were able to save the day and help me continue my day safely. They never hesitated. Thank you all for your help today.
