Sam's Club Tire & Battery

These are the worst liars I have ever dealt with... and they've done it to me twice now... I was willing to eat it go the first time, but now, I'm posting about it... check iut the completed time, then check out the time stamp on my picture with it still on the lift!!! The "tech" who gave me my paperwork had it all completed and in my hand BEFORE they had even balanced the tires... I suspect in an attempt to keep their ticket times down... what that liar and fraud didnt realize, was that the two bit hacks out tehre working on the truck, failed to match the tire pressure with what was stated on tbe door jamb, and what their "service manager" had stated on the invoice... the TPMS only came on and alerted us to the incorrect pressures, once we were already on the freeway!!! His professionalism, attitude, and attention to detail were absolutely world-class. I’ve been to many places over the years, but the level of service Jack delivered truly stood out. He handled everything smoothly, treated me with respect, and made sure the job was done right — fast, friendly, and with care. Sam’s Club should be proud to have someone like Jack on their team. Service like this builds loyalty and reflects extremely well on the company. Highly recommend this location — and if you’re lucky enough to be helped by Jack, you’ll see what I mean.

Went to go have my tires rotated,and purchased the rotation plan,and I have been having to go back and have them rebalance my tires,terrible!!!! Then,...they don't have the courtesy to call and tell me my truck is ready!!! I had to call 10 minutes before the store closed,to find out that my truck had been ready for hours, and no apologies
