Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Employee at the tire desk was rude, no appointments available, walk-ins told that it's a 3-4 hour wait, if they let you wait at all. When we did get our tires done here, we had to go back to get them re-balanced the same day bc it wasn't done correctly the first time. Additionally, I genuinely considered buying a Costco membership today and going there to get tires just so I wouldn't have to talk to the lady at the tire desk anymore. :( Save time and go to the NTB in the Sam's parking lot by burger king. Those guys are nicer and much quicker.

Went to go to the Sam’s club today for replacement of battery in my Range Rover. Took them 15mins to check me in. The guy kept saying it would be a long wait as if he wanted me to say that’s ok and leave. But I didn’t, I just went and browsed through the store and called someone to pick me up. I was browsing through the store for over and hour and before I actually left I walked past the auto and the guy flagged me down asking where of my battery located. If you didn’t know where the battery was located why didn’t you call but none the less he told the other person where it was located and I offered to show them plus they can google where it’s located. Got there at 5:20 pm. They close at 7pm. I had a flat tire today, pumped it up and drove to center. Purchased tires there 1/2024. They refused to service me because they had a 6pm appt and staffing. No alternatives given. How long does it take to plug a tire? Not a happy Plus member. I’ll buy tires next time from Costco.

I made an appointment, but got stuck in traffic so I called to tell them I would be late. A man answered the phone and I told him what was going on and guy just put the phone down and never came back. He never said hold on or anything, he just put the phone down. Although I could hear him talking to someone else in the background. I called back and got the national number and they tried to transfer me but no one ever answered the phone. I will take my business elsewhere.

This place is horrible. The savings aren't worth the headaches. I showed up here after calling and planning for over a week. I clearly explained I was having my car towed and needed the tires. When I arrived I was told everything was good. I got a phone call after I paid and left the store that the tires were the wrong size. Although they GUIDED me through the online ordering they told me it was MY MISTAKE and I would need to pay additional money to get the right size tires. I REGRET THIS PURCHASE. I had to drive back and forth RUINED my entire day.
