Great service! Russell was so kind and helpful! Air pressure light was on, he was so willing to help regardless to adding air to tires being a free service. He could've been dismissive but he wasn't. Very kind, and even explained what he was doing. I'll be back to get service

I rarely put in bad reviews… but this service center is completely trash. I was in great need of a tire for my work truck and the customer service here was atrocious and they made me feel like I was a burden for trying to get my tires done there. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a simple tire shop.

I had the best customer service today at Sam's Club in Woodstock. There was a very unusual situation where I was charged with an automatic Sam's renewal and I am not even a member. I have to gve a special mention to "Chavette" who researched the situation and was able to clarify exactly what happened. It was timely, she was very busy, but took care of one customer at a time, and did it with patience, and professionalism. Through it all, and it was an understandably timely process, she was pleasant and solved my problem before I left the store, and then she moved to the next customer with a smile!!!! I had a great experience at Sams club getting new tires placed on my car. Dennis was very helpful and had a great attitude. It only took 30 min. Quick and easy appointment. I would highly recommend this location.

This is one of a few places where I take my Tesla for tire service. These guys know how to take care of my car. They have the lift pads and everything else necessary to properly service it.
