Sam’s New & Used Tires

Good used tire place. Only thing was the miscommunication between the workers. One gave me a price and other worker later gave me a different one when I called back. Also when I brought my husband car another worker gave me a different price, but I showed him a receipt from two weeks ago the price I’d paid . He fixed his mistake and apologized.

It's give zero stars if I could I'd never felt more disrespected. The tiny short guy with glasses told me to go sit down in the office I don't need to be out there. I pointed out another customer standing by his truck in the bay and asked why does he get to stand by his car and I can't. The stopped in the middle of seating my tire on the rim to answer the phone then go off into a side room to do god knows what. I'm glad my spare was not taken off yet. I told them to put the other tire in my trunk I'll change it my self. Then the receipt I received is barely legible to the point I don't think they will accept it when I process my taxes at the end of the year ....10 outta 10 DO NOT recommend.

Very good and fast work. I know some of the people replying say that they are overpriced, but I have been with the manager and they give you discounts on new tires but not on used it rarely happens so if you get discounted on a used tire it doesn’t mean it’s going to happen again and no they aren’t overcharging you, Overall the place is nice people are quick and easy and I been their multiple times. In addition if they don’t have your size they tell you they can put on a different size but they tell you before if you want it or not. Lastly, Tony is very friendly and always kind to me.

Great service! I was traveling through Louisiana when my tire blew and I needed a used tire. Sams took care of me. They were fast & efficient.

So they put two new tires on my SUV the next day my tire flies off and messes up my vehicle, and they refuse not to fix it. They didn’t tighten up the Lugnuts I would not recommend going to this place. !!!!!!
