Sam's Service Center

I'm going to start this review off by saying that I brought all of these concerns up with the manager and tried to resolve it person to person. However, the manager did nothing but try and defend his mechanic. I brought my 2014 Ram 1500 in to the shop Friday, Jan 24, 2025, because I was having issues with several codes that I could not figure out. All of my issues where inside the engine compartment. When I dropped it off at 7:30am, I was told it would take about an hour or so to diagnose and that I would receive a call from them By 12:45PM, I had not received a call, So I reached out to the shop myself. I was told that the mechanic was done but they needed time to put prices together for the issues found and that they would call me back. At 2PM, I received a call with my quote. They ser

Just finished having my car repaired here. The guys were absolutely fantastic, fixed my truck quickly and price was absolutely reasonable. Thank you for a great experience and I will be back for all my mechanical needs!

I haven't been there in awhile, no need, but they've always been fair, and most importantly, honest. Just thought I'd give them a rating, as my son is looking for a reasonable and honest mechanic, and I know just the place.

Sam’s service center will be our new local shop to go to. Very honest and straightforward with you, they called to check on everything before they did any work and were not only efficient but professional and kind! Will recommend to all my friends for sure!

I recently got my oil changed. They charged even less than I was quoted. Jiffy Lube charges 98 for the same oil change and I paid like 52. I had also asked about my under carriage and all it needed was to be pinned back up and they did that for me. So nice! He also helped to gather a list of things to maintain my vehicle at certain miles. They are honest and helpful. I've had work done also on my car. I highly recommend this place! Thank you guys!!
