Sam's Xpress Car Wash

I am a car wash enthusiast and I decided to express my love for car wash’s. So today I am going around my hometown and writing an honest review of every car wash in my area. This one being the first. I personally have never liked Sam’s express car wash for many reasons such as the wash quality and the angry staff. My experience today was the worst I've ever had. My vehicle wasn’t too dirty but yet they couldn’t get my car clean. When I asked to be sent through again they denied and said if I wanted to go through multiple times I would need a membership. I did not have high expectations for this wash going in and now I don’t think I’ll be returning. I would give 0 stars if I could but 1 star is the Lowest on google

Super convenient, always clean, and everything works like it should. Great gas prices, free air for tires, strong vacuums, clean towels, and even a setup for mats. The young team is friendly and helpful, and management clearly does an excellent job. One of the best car wash experiences in town!

i come here once a week to clean my audi, and every single time the workers have been nothing but kind helpful. every time they are willing to clean off my bug ridden grill because drive 24/7! always a pleasure there was even a time not that long ago where they sprayed off my mats for me and helped me towel dry them before putting them back! another time a kind gentleman helped me detail my grill! i love this place !! 10/10 i do recommend

I go to Sam's Express all the time, Been going since they opened. Today 9/3/25 around 9:05am, I forgot I had my hitch on so they couldn't wash the back. So I was vacuuming and one of the employees (very nice young man) asked me about my car wash experience. I looked around and noticed I had a few bugs still on the front bumper and Of course the back didn't get washed because I forgot to take the hitch off. And we were just talking and I was telling him how I forgot to take the hitch off and how there was a few bugs on it but it wasn't a big deal. I go there enough where I get it done the next time. But he said do not worry about it remove your hitch swing it back around and we'll take care of the bugs as well. Every time I go it's A+ service all the time and great communication and they ha

honestly don’t know what I paid for. My rims are still covered in brake dust, windows are streaked, and there’s literal dirt still on the doors. I could’ve done a better job with a garden hose. The worst experience ever seems like the soap is dirty ot some also left my windows looking slimy never coming back
