It all started with a search on Craigslist and my wife saying, "I found my truck. Turns out I accidentally left it parked in Texas." The next day, she contacted Taylor and got a plain response about the truck but thorough. They talked over the course of that day and he eventually found out that we were in North Carolina. Had a horrible experience that lasted even after we left, and we never bought a vehicle. I feel harassed. We found a listing on facebook marketplace listed by Eric Map and reached out to look at the vehicle. In person, we dealt with a lovely woman. She needed help, so she called her boss, Jack. I haven't heard someone talk to another person in such a harsh manner in anything other than movies. He was so rude. I would have locked the building up and never came back if I were her. I hope she finds a better place of employment. She was still kind and polite as he was rude and demeaning to her. After hearing the phone call, we wanted to leave. We were so uncomfortable.
