Valvoline Express Care

I have been attempting to contact the owner to convey my dissatisfaction with the service provided by their employees. Despite my efforts, I have not received a response nor have I been able to reach them by phone. On December 24th, I had an oil change performed, intending to travel to visit family on the 25th. However, I was compelled to cancel these plans due to concerns that the oil change was not performed correctly, leading me to believe the vehicle had insufficient oil, and I was unwilling to risk driving it. It was subsequently discovered that the issue stemmed from old oil dripping onto the skid plate and not being properly cleaned, resulting in oil leakage in my garage and driveway. I have used this place quite a few times for both oil changes and car inspections. The staff is always courteous, professional, and quick. The oil change prices are competitive and they do a good job and don't leak oil over other parts of your vehicle like I have experienced from other places. The only reason I give it four stars is the waiting room needs a refresh. It feels like I'm sitting in part of the garage.

I have always had good service when I get my oil changed at this location. However today I had sticker shock when I went in for a conventional 10/30 6qt oil change and the price was going to be $72 and they wouldn’t accept my $20 off coupon from valvoline I had in an email from this week. No thanks, won’t be back.

I normally take my vehicle to a different location valvoline but since I had a coupon for 15 off for this specific location address embedded in coupon. I hought I'd stop by here. First they said they're not a valvoline location & they dont accept coupons, but they said since its under 20 they will match it. The price ended up being 35 more than what I usually pay. Not a fan.

Stacey is absolutely amazing! Literally the best service I have ever had!! She helped me out a lot and was so nice and I just wish everyone in customer service could be like Stacey! Honestly I just wish everyone in general could be like Stacey… you guys have a total gem 💎 having her!!!
