The folks at San Pedro Auto Body Shop are Superb! From the desk clerk to the manager Fabian, my needs were addressed, and my car was very well taken care of. I am very please with their hard work in acquiring the OEM parts needed, and the final results after their hard work. I'd recommend this Auto Shop to everyone who needs their car repaired. Simply great friendly service, the folks here make you feel at home, and go through the details with great interest and sincerity. AAA+!

Shannon and Jose have taken care of me twice now. The first time was for same major work on a car that had extensive body damage to the front left panels and I've been happy with the results. The most recent time was to replace a damaged side mirror on another car, when they actually charged me less than they initially quoted me.

I would rate this place 4.5 if I could. Everything went great. Well, almost everything. My passenger side window no longer goes up or down after the "repairs" made to my 1992 Honda NSX. Fabian did an amazing job with the bodywork and paint to install parts I brought him for my car. He listened to my request, shared his ideas, and spoke on observations he made regarding my car. We agreed on a day for me to pick up the car, and I showed. He wasn't there. Other employees were there and made it possible for me to pick up my vehicle, but he wasn't there to address the problems with my newly "repaired" vehicle. A couple of the shop workers looked into the problem for me after I noticed it. They told me that one of my parts had gone bad. Everything was fine when I dropped the car off a month ago.

From start to finish the team at San Pedro Auto Body made my repairs a breeze. They are very informative and helpful. In addition to their customer service, the repairs on my vehicle were immaculate. I would highly recommend to stop by or call if you are in need of an auto body shop.

San Pedro auto body is awesome! Unfortunately, our vehicle was stolen and they did an amazing job of repairing the vehicle and making sure that we were aware of every detail that was required in making the vehicle look brand new. The customer service with Fabian and Shannon was above and beyond. So thank you for making sure you did quality work and provided great customer service. Especially under the circumstances.
