⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service When We Needed It Most! We were visiting from Texas when we ran into a major issue with our transmission/torque converter. After calling multiple shops with no luck, we reached out to Sanders Automotive in Pittsboro, North Carolina. Despite having at least 50 cars already in their lot, they told us to come in—and to our surprise, they dropped everything to help us. Within just a few hours, they had diagnosed the issue and had us back on the road. I honestly had no expectation of getting this resolved the same day, but their professionalism, urgency, and customer service were absolutely above and beyond. Huge thanks to the team at Sanders Automotive. You truly saved our vacation, and we’re incredibly grateful for your help!

I've been using Sanders Automotive for a couple of years now and couldn't be happier. Always courteous and friendly they are also highly reliable. They discuss in detail the work to be perfomed and go over the results when you pick up your car. I especially appreciate the courtesy car that will take you home and retrieve you when the work is done if you don't have a ride.

Above and beyond service and I couldn’t be more grateful!!! Yesterday, I was on the way to an appointment for my very sick son when I experienced some car issues an hour and a half away from home. I was able to drive my car to Sander’s Automotive down the road from me at the time and they immediately reassured me that they could help. Not only did they fix my car in a matter of 15 minutes so that we could make our appointment in time, they gave my son a toy car and made us feel so comfortable while we waited. A talented family member helped me complete major maintenance and repairs on my 2016 Chevy Impala at 100,000 miles. However, we couldn’t correct a stubborn “klunk” sound from the front right wheel area when driving over a road bump. After multiple self-help repair actions, I took it to Sanders Automotive on Hwy 15/501. The Sanders mechanic Bucky persistently worked the issue, replaced several components, and finally eliminated the problem. I appreciate his focused efforts, his integrity in billing (credited me for items they previously installed), and the successful repair at an excellent price. I am thankful for Bucky’s determination to correct this frustrating problem and their noteworthy fairness in my billing. My Impala is fully operational and ready for another 100,000 miles. Terry 10
