Sanderson Ford Parts

First off, Antonio was absolutely great and did anything and everything he could to handle the situation. I had to wait 47 minutes to get a single jug of DEF. Then after that, the cashiers made it a point to handle doing whatever it was with the register before I could make my payment long story short you couldn’t pay me to do any business with Sanderson Ford anymore.

More than 30 minutes waiting in line when it was only one person infront of me, for them to tell me they didnt know which was the right part for my car, (even with the been number). At the end almost an hour to just get a part from them

Had to hurry through rush hour in order to make it by closing, on a Friday no less. They took me right in (5min left). They had my part ready right after I had previously called them about it. As a first time customer, I was very impressed with the customer service.

Not gonna lie, we all think dealer pricing and cry. Here I compare prices from 2 other parts houses and Sanderson beats them every time. Brand new dealer parts cheaper than anyone is a win in my book.

Need better informed parts staff behind the parts counter. I'm sure somewhere behind the counter or computer, there are diagrams/schematics to where parts are located in an engine. And to where a certain part or "vacuum line" is hooked up to.
