Had gotten a transmission ordered and was told on Wednesday the 26th that it was out and ready for pick up and was told they would be there on Friday I showed up on Friday just to find out they were closed and then looked at their face book page that was dated the 21st and said they were open today so I tried to all numbers that were provided and received no answer and looked at a post from the 16th saying they would be closed on Thanksgiving and would reopen on Monday I have had nothing but frustration with the communication with them
I have been buying parts from the Sandlian’s since way back when they owned northwest imports. 20+ years. They always get exactly what I need and I have never had any issues. Thank you JR and Brandon for taking care of me over the years!
I buy ALL of my parts from here, never had an issue with parts that needed to be warranties out. Always takes good care of us. GREAT buisness to deal with.
Called about a part... guy was rude, said dont have the part quickly like he is the flash. Sounded like a squidbilly, screw this place... never been never will.
