My wife and I worked with Jose at Sandoval along with Antonio to purchase a 2018 Buick Enclave to replace a 2009 Enclave. He and his staff provided a smooth and enjoyable experience. They took the time to answer any and all questions that we had. They had everything ready for us when we came to pick it up. I have never had as easier time buying a used vehicle. It was well worth the short drive to Muskego! I will be contacting them the next time we are looking for a vehicle.

Never in all my years of buying cars (over 30) I have never dealt with such honest and hard working people as Sandoval Auto Group. Worst experience ever !!! Wow you walk into a at best negative 10 star dealership with like 8 wanna be dealers waiting to all pounce on their prey. Then the vehicle you drove an hour to see is at a gravel lot down the road and the dealer asks for a ride with you in YOUR PERSONAL VEHICLE they basically play the old bait and switch. WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND AND I WOULD PUT LESS THAN ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. RUDE , IGNORANT, LAZY , LESS THAN HELPFUL WANNA BE SALESMAN. VULTURES OFFERING NOTHING BUT HEADACHES . BUYER BEWARE, IF YOU SHOP HERE CARFAX IT AND BRING A MECHANIC. THEN TURN ARIUND AND RUN.... AS FAST AS YOU CAN. RUN !!!

I just bought a truck from their Muskego location and I never really leave reviews but, these guys are what we hope used car dealers were, honest, good people who know what customer service actually means. Next time I am looking for a vehicle, they will be my first stop! Thank Joe, Jose your the best!

Thet was the worst dealership I've ever been to and definitely when they said they have to drive with us they that broke to have there own car for there worker's and they all sitting in one spot they making money for no reason there dealership not worth going save ur money and they new my mom called and she thought she was going be alone and they said they have to drive with us they should be shut down and saying they don't want are money.
