From the first phone call, to estimate appointment, repairs and the entire process, everything was so streamlined! Victoria at the front desk was phenomenal and super informative and professional not to mention extremely friendly and ensured we left happy! Our truck was repaired beautifully and can’t even tell it was damaged! We loved the extra unexpected interior and exterior detail they did! We were given our truck back cleaner then we dropped it off! I loved that I was kept informed the entire process via text, it kept me informed in real time! Sandrof did a great job repairing my front end after hitting a deer. Everything went smoothly and they kept me informed on their progress throughout the time my car was in the shop. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Not only did they complete the repairs quickly, but they also went above and beyond by cleaning my car and fully charging it before I picked it up. The customer service was excellent—friendly, professional, and attentive. The entire process was smooth, and I truly appreciate the care they put into their work. Good store for Tesla repair. Great experience with Sandrof the whole way through. Friendly staff that was very helpful and made me feel at ease that my car was in good hands. About as stress free of an experience Ive ever had with a vehicle. Kept me up to date the entire way through with text updates almost daily about where they were in the process and was completed a week before I was expecting it to be ready. And more importantly, they did good work and my car is looking good as new.
