Just wanted to say thank you to Pete Lewandowski for all his help at the Glendale part department. He turned a headache into a seamless transaction. I would definitely recommend getting your factory parts through him. Thanks pal.

I like sands. They've been really helpful and friendly for 20-25 years now. Always getting me what I need. A bit steep financially but always getting the right parts. And I don't have to keep bringing them back with complaints. Plus. They are quite a bit more competent than the cheaper competition and I'd rather pay a bit more for COMPETENCE!

Today Oct 18, 2025 @ 12:05 Im seatting outside the part department very disappointed. I need few parts for my tahoe and I called the dealer to verify closed time and part availability. Sands Chevrolet is the only dealer in the valley that have the parts that I need on hand. To my surprise at 12:05 when I arrived the parts department was closed due to inventory. I do understand about the inventory but why not the operator ir the parts department mention to me that they will be closed due to inventory. I even asked one of the person that was passing by to see if they will make an exception but he came back and told me that they could not sell any parts at the moment. Definitely disappointed with the poor service and communication!!!

I called and asked about having a key cut, as I already had the blank. They gave me a price and told me what I needed to bring. After bringing everything they asked, they said they can not cut blank keys unless you buy it from them. Thanks for lying when I clearly told you I had one. The price you offered isnt even possible, since you have to also buy a key.

Do not order parts through the GMPartsOutlet. These guys will screw you out of your core refund. They don’t include the stickers for a core return. Then deny you a refund.
