Sansone Auto Mall

I recently brought my leased vehicle to the Sansone Auto Mall service department to have the back window replaced after it was shattered. They fixed the window, but gave the car back to me with glass still over the back seat and interior. Completely unacceptable and unsafe. If a job involves shattered glass, cleaning it should be part of the service. Very disappointed. To their credit, they did have me bring the vehicle back to be cleaned, but this was an inconvenience that could have been avoided with more attention to detail the first time. This experience has definitely affected my trust in their service department.

We leased a beautiful 2026 Wrangler from Sansone on Black Friday 2025. Sales experience was pretty much no nonsense. Salesperson not the most knowledgeable about the Jeep and ultimately told us we COULDN’T keep the same license place…(yes we could). Took advantage of our new car buyer glow to manipulate us into recording a positive video on the experience. A week after the sale - still no paperwork the finance manager had promised would be immediately emailed over to me. Two weeks after sale, still no paperwork, and the title company began aggressively contacting us about the trade in. Three weeks after the sale, received a new INVOICE from former leasing finance company that since we did not return the leased vehicle…you now owe $18,000+. Sansone! What did you do with our trade-in?

Accompanied my mom & sister for my little sister’s first car purchase. I’ll come back in the future when my little brother has to make his first car purchase, and my own car purchase too. I want to definitely thank Freddy for helping my sister with her car purchase, and even helped her & my mom score a good deal on car insurance. We appreciate those little details & info tips. He’s a great salesman, shows enthusiasm & interest in getting to know you, turns out he loves Viet food. The owner/manager was also courteous & gave my sister & I all the options, choices & recommendations for the plans & addons & etc. It was a nice, professional & productive visit & purchase in one go.

Service advisor is great ,technicians are horrible and do not know what they’re doing. Came in for a thumping noise in the front end they rotated and balanced my tires and told me the noise went away. Passenger heated seat did not work 17 days later I pick up the car, same thumping noise, even though the report said that they took it on a test drive and it went away click the heated seat didn’t work brought it back went with a drive along with the tech shortest drive of his life showed him the thumping noise, turned on the heated seat and showed him that it shuts off. They held it for two more days. It did not move from the parking lot as I have the JEEP app terrible. Also, sidenote, never trust a dealership that doesn’t have the manager’s phone numbers or email contacts out to the public

Great experience today at Sansone Auto Mall with Kameron. Very Knowledgable. Very Professional. Very personable. We ended up buying a 2023 Mazda CX-5 and he was instrumental in that purchase...thanks Kameron for an enjoyable experience in an experience thats usually not so enjoyable...would recommend Sansone to all..Nice staff. Fair prices.
