Sansone Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Service

On 9/26/25, I stopped by Sansone Jeep just to look into a future purchase of a JEEP Wrangler for my daughters graduation gift in June of 2026. The salesperson Maria knowingly that I wasn't there that day to purchase anything still took her time and explained all models and features of the Wrangler that were best and probably would be desired by my daughter. I was very satisfied with the time the salesperson Maria spent with me and my wife. Furthermore, after speaking with the manager Raj, who was extremely helpful, I actually decided to purchase the vehicle that day. I guess the future graduation gift turned into a holiday gift also.

I had a great experience with my advisor Juan during my visit to Sansone. He was amazing, excellent, professional, and eager to assist with my service. I’ve already recommended a friend to come and get his vehicle serviced.

OMG! This place is just terrible. I HIGHLY recommend you check there work before leaving. Very, very poor workmanship. Broken fasteners, now there's wires and hoses hanging. Missing oil dip stick, missing cover screws and brackets. They changed water pump and didn't refill coolant. Reuse old worn out parts without saying anything. List just goes on but I'm limited to how much I can type. Bad technicians overseen by bad management. Marcel (service manager) is NOT concern with costumer safety, couldn't care less about costumer satisfaction. And quite honestly doesn't seem to care about the brand that he represents "Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep". It's service stations like this that have people turning away from American vehicles. So Sad.

Zero star. Arrived in my appointment for a fleet vehicle service (oil change), initial service advisor was pleasant but when directed to the Fleet service person at the place, had a vibe that he doesn't want to provide such service. He said it would take a few hours but when I checked back after 2 hours, he didn't even start the paperwork, at least he started eating his apple on his desk. By far this is the worst experience in getting a vehicle get service.

Horrible customer service Can’t assist you in anyway and it’s ridiculous it takes 48 hours to do a diagnostic on the car. People are so unprofessional
