I brought my car in for maintenance and to fix an issue and after I received my vehicle back there was a new issue. They refused to acknowledge that they caused it, despite the fact that that issue didn't exist prior to me bringing my car to them. The only saving grace was that the staff was friendly, prompt, and communicative. Except for the regional manager I spoke with, who is the specific reason for this negative review and the reason why I won't be coming back. If you're going to charge me for an issue you created then that seems like a pretty big incentive to keep on causing new issues.
Great service as always. Everything done right the first time and the recall completed quickly. My Service Advisor Jay Herowanto was excellent: professional, personable and on top of things. Great service advisors make the process very smooth.
I have been having my auto serviced at the Sansone Automall for many years and I have always received excellent service at each visit. The (very well kept) waiting room is one of the best that I have been in. My Service Advisor Courtney Heins was very helpful from the moment I drove into the facility to the time that I left it. Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing auto work done.
