It was very frustrating that I had to go there not once, but twice, to get updates on my car even though I did call several times. Also, my car ended up getting a deep scratch on the drivers side door while at the dealership which meant they kept it another week to repair that. Thank goodness the dealership gave me a free rental but it was a very frustrating and unpleasant experience.

There is nobody in the biz anywhere as good as Janis and her crew. Can't recommend this service department enough. Great job!

I found the team at the dealership to be very friendly and helpful. Had my brakes (front and back) changed. Professionally done and they had a driver drop me off at home and pick me up when the work was done.

I had a wonderful experience when I had my Kia serviced. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and was taken in immediately. Janis explained what needed to be done clearly. She told me that there was a recall for a part and checked for its availability. It was available and made sure all would be done at one time to save me from coming back. I was offered a ride home but I didn’t need it. I was called promptly when it was finished. I will definitely come back. Than you Kia and Janis!
