I recently brought my car to Sansone Nissan and was very impressed with the service. Kevin was extremely pleasant to work with. He kept me updated while I waited. He also took the time to explain in detail the work that was done on my car, making sure I understood everything clearly. The waiting area was another highlight. It’s clean, comfortable, and stocked with drinks and snacks, plus there’s a quiet area. Overall, Sansone Nissan provided excellent service, and Kevin’s professionalism and attentiveness made the experience outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care and a welcoming environment.

Had a serious brake problem that noone else could figure out. Jose the service rep was great. He explained everything and answered all my questions. Problem fixed! Now I cam drive with piece of mind! Very costly repair, but worth it!

Take your Nissan car to Mr Raoul, even if you didn't buy here. He is the best person for Nissan Service. Very cost effective. He spends time with you. There is a car wash you can use it for free, if you don't know about it, ask him, he will help. I have done my first 2 services, very happy. I took my car in between, they didn't charge anything. Overall best place for nissan car services. This place have coffee machine. No vending machines. So plan accordingly.

Drive an hour for a service appointment just for them to say the mechanic went home for the day and you need to drop it off overnight at 2 pm. No loaner or support of any kind. Waste of time. What’s the point of making an appointment.
