I was lied to when I called them. They specifically told me they had a replacement electronic key fob for my Toyota Sienna. I told them I didn’t have time to drop by twice and they assured me it was here in inventory for pick up today. I arrived and they changed the story, saying it needs to be ordered. That’s one star “service”. On top of that, the key, which is worth $40 at most, is about $450. I already knew every dealership will rip you off, so I was ready for the price. The lie on the phone was the icing on the cake.

Terrible experience with this dealer. They drove my car to New York without my permission, and on top of that, they did it with a piece underneath dragging on the ground, putting my vehicle at risk. Samantha provided awful customer service with no solutions and no accountability. I do not recommend this place at all.

Told I would only have to wait an hour for servicing. I have currently wait over 2 hours and 45 minutes as the time of writing this and yet to receive my vehicle back. I was also notified of needing work completed for $350 for 2x 5 minute jobs I can do myself for $15. Dont recommend.

The Parts Department, and especially Parts Manager Mike are class acts. I puchased a part online for my 2025 vehicle and found that it did not fit due to a Toyota design issue. Mike and the Service Department Shop Foreman went above and beyond to take time to work with me and Toyota corporate to make it all right. While other dealers may have blown me off or refused to help, Sansone Toyota Parts took care of me without hesitation. It was an outstanding experience, and they definitely earned my repeat business!

Rude, unfriendly, and incompetent people working here. I called in twice to get some information about a windshield replacement. First time the person I talked to gave me wrong information and second time the rep, Bailey, really made it seem like I had inconvenienced her by making her do her job. losing business from what should've been a simple phone call is wild
