Santa Fe Car Wash

First off, they always try and upsell you which gets old but this time i wanted the inside wiped so I paid for the manager special. Inside was okay but it seems like they forgot the outside, I’ve been going here every now and then but this was the last time and I remembered why I’m not a regular.

I came in on Saturday for a car wash. I was tempted to get their multiple car wash deal and even add on the polish and wax, but I wanted to check them out first. Overall, the experience was okay, but the one thing I didn’t like was that they seemed very rushed to get you out. My car wasn’t dried properly, and the inside of my back window wasn’t fully cleaned. I’m going to assume it was because they were busy, but for a $40 car wash, I expected a bit more attention to detail.

Horrible service from the person who is in charge of setting you up for service. He told the guys to hurry up and just get me out. I asked for seats and carpet to be cleaned. He told the guys to hurry up. Windows were left dirty. Car wasn’t cleaned properly because he kept telling them to hurry up and not to spend too much time on it. It wasn’t even that busy. Thanks to the guy doing the cleaning on the seats he tried to clean as much as possible.

Man I paid for manger special which is 40 bucks!! Includes dressing which they did not even apply done in 10 minutes horrible car wash no wonder do it yourself car washes are taking over!

Pulled into this place after I shipped my Camry from Maui to San Diego to drive to Phoenix to give to my beautiful daughter! Did the interior/exterior and for the price it was alright! Minimum effort to cover vehicle with wax just enuff to make her look shiny again! 🙂
