I chose to work with Raphael at this shop after 30 secs of speaking with him. He was so kind and understanding and helped me deal with the trauma of getting rear ended. He was compassionate and kind immediately and genuinely wanted to help me thru the process. He coordinated with my insurance and the rental company…he kept me updated on the status of my car and made a very painful situation the best it could be.
