They saved my 2003 Honda Element after another mechanic had made recommendations that were more in his interest than mine. I came in with leaky head gaskets which were suspected and they quickly diagnosed and suggested a low cost alternative which has worked. Since then, I've had plenty of other work done on the car here, including a transmission replacement. Basically, any time there's a significant issue, I call them and they give good advice, explain things well, and come up with a solution, often a creative one that saves cost. I can't say enough good things about how happy I've been with their service, their professionalism, and the value they provide (prices are very reasonable by local standards - I have a limited budget), and Ron and Jose are just good guys to work with, personable

This repair facility is stellar, have frequented many times. Feel their estimates are offered with good intention, and repairs are with honesty and integrity. The two managers are personable and professional. I am happy to be a repeat customer. UPDATE: January 2025, we took our Civic in for a major repair.... to have the head gasket replaced along with addition service. The price was very reasonable, the work was excellent, we've had no issues with the engine since it was repaired. As usual, I want to thank Santa Fe Exclusive Honda for their wonderful service! You guys Rock! 😉

Great shop. Their shop is clean and organized. They are friendly and professional as well as timely! I am going to be bringing all my vehicles here. They always charge a fair rate for the work performed. Excellent shop, so glad I found them.

Great service, reasonable prices. No one particularly enjoys car repairs since it's unanticipated, generally expensive and surprises arise in the process. We've always been pleased at how we are treated, the quality of the work, the communication and the cost. We'll only go here for service on our Pilot.

I am SO GLAD I found this place. They were absolutely awesome to work with. Very thorough, fairly priced, and did quality work! I had an older custom classic and had non-stop problems going to different mechanics around Santa Fe. Now that problem is over. Not only did they fix it right the first time, they also took me for a test drive to explain lots of items I didn't know. Thanks again!
