They’ve gotten me back on the road twice now—once with a flat on my utility trailer and another time with my sedan—and both experiences were exceptional. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service at your shop. I purchased four new tires and requested an alignment. The tires installed are of unknown brand and quality, unlike my previous Bridgestone tires, and they skid during takeoff and produce excessive noise on the freeway. Additionally, I was charged $75 for a screw replacement during the alignment, but my car now pulls to the right, indicating the alignment was not done correctly. This has worsened my vehicle’s handling rather than improved it. The service was expensive and has not met my expectations, and I was also disappointed by the unprofessional attitude of the owner. I request a review of the service provided and a resolution, such as reinspection, refund, or replacement of the tires. I would not recommen

Got a tire change and asked for a wheel alignment. They said they couldn't do a wheel alignment because of a broken lower arm control. After I got it checked elsewhere, I was told it wasnt broken. If you want to get overpriced tires and unnecessary services, come here.

Don’t come here there’s better place around the area. They tax a lot really unprofessional their tires are not new
