I would take a chance on this company. They all seem like a contented bunch and they all appear to work well together. If you read their reviews, they have a fair amount of contented customers. As far as my business with them they did not think I needed new brakes when I asked them to do it. The car is old but they thought I needed to save my money and that my brakes were okay.

Man, I don't know. I went in to have what was said to be a transmission fuel leak, fixed. Turns out my engine coolant was leaking and that fixed instead. $800 dollars later and my car is still leaking and worse than before. As great and responsive as the staff was, I don't like that my only recourse seems to be that I bring the car back for another round of $800 dollar work.

George Santilli evaluated my 2018 Volvo S60 (40,000 miles) after dealer said I needed a new trans costing over $12,000. George recommended holding off on dealer replacement and contact Volvo USA. They sent factory rebuilt to dealer and my total cost was $3,000 (labor). George mentored me during this process and when I offered a consultants fee he declined any payment. George did a complete analysis of the transmission, kept my car enclosed in his garage for several days, and did several road tests. An honest master mechanic who deserves community recognition. Also, Volvo USA stepped up big time!

My mechanic is AMAZING. He recommended Santillis so I figured the service would be good and it was. Very personalized and I never felt pressured to have him do the work which cost a lot!!! Yes he uses technical terminology but I was glad because the Nissan dealer wouldnt explain anything. They checked it out told me it would cost $5,000-$6,000 and then kinda blew me off...

I needed brakes all the way around for my car and they made sure that the brakes were authentic Toyota parts which I really appreciated. George was very informative and I would bring my car there again in the future.
