I took my car with a misfiring cylinder. They took five days to misdiagnose my problem as a bad coil. I had already previously ruled that out as a problem, something a layman such as myself was able to do with 2 minutes on Google. He would have happily taken my money and sent me home with the misdiagnosis. I showed the mechanic, who was very sure of himself, why he was wrong. He kept it for another day only to misdiagnose the problem yet again as a bad ECU. I wasted money on a new ECU that accomplished nothing. Don't give these imbeciles your hard earned money.
