S.A.S. Towing & Recovery

Only gave it one star because I would have not given not one and there is no option.. we were in a car accident last night had to be taken to trauma hospital and these people hung up on my husband twice when he called to get information.. horrible customer service from both dispatcher and the guy that met us to open the gate the next day.. very rude company and they didn’t even care about anything but to collect the $416 from us.. do not ever use these rude people… HORRIBLE!!

Employees text and drive while towing. I asked him to stop to focus on driving, told him I didn't feel safe, & he said nothing, not even sorry for endangering lives. Would not encourage this service. $350 for tow during rush hour

Wow - this is a towing company?? I’ve rarely dealt with a business this friendly, professional, efficient, and fair - especially in this industry. Honestly, they could teach customer service classes to companies in any field. I hope I won’t need their services again… but if I do, I’ll call them without hesitation.

SAS provided swift, careful and kind service when my family needed it most. When my grandma called me broken down on the side of a busy road in Pflugerville, she said "I have called 3 towing companies and none of them can get here for atleast an hour and a half. I'm in a dangerous spot so i've called the police to have them park a car behind mine so I don't get hit but I don't know any fast and trustworthy companies to call that could tow me quickly." I was able to let her know that I know an exceptional company and then called SAS. I spoke with the very busy front desk woman and although her phone was ringing off the hook with other calls, I felt like she still gave me great service and provided me with such kindness as she knew I was just trying to get my grandma taken care of as quickly
