They might have a offer at first But long term they suck Audit or last minute “shop” at top dollar disgusted Like someone else mentioned I don’t want sau or their product So they try to Wiesel more money. Sad it’s their business platform

Had them for years. Now they could care less, it’s just business they say. They essentially tried to force me into one policy this time w no shopping and claims they were shopping, then they offer me the same company / less of a policy while making excuses: now I don’t want them they still are trying to Wiesel more money.

Terrible communication when there was an issue with underwriting. SAU blames Frontline but the issue is with how Kerri and Ben lacked to properly and timely communicate with me. Stay away! Their cheap option for home insurance is just that, NO VALUE, impersonal service and they do not uphold their company’s mission statement.

Misi is what makes SAU Myrtle beach the best in the Area PERIOD. If she isn't a supervisor or trainer she should be. I dont usually give out 5 stars very often but She really deserves 6.
