I see some bad reviews here, but my personal experience here was great. The receptionist and owner where both very helpful and nice to deal with. I really appreciate the way they handle my specific situation. I definitely recommend this shop.

Called AAA, their tow truck showed up, held my car hostage, and demanded 80 dollars, and refused to let AAA pick my car up when they arrived, refused to let me pay, demanding cash, when I only had my debit card, and said he would just have to take my car to hold as payment, they are fraudsters, never go here or call them, they'll steal your money.

Con artists rack up storage fees trying to convince you not to release the title when they know the car is totalled. Now I get to pay a week of stoarge fees as if I already wasn't financially on the hook. Don't get your car worked on here

Don't go there!!! I had to give a star to leave a review but they don't deserve it!!! My car was in an accident on 11/8. They towed my car to their shop on 11/9. Bascially, they had to replace the hatch and bumper on a Subaru Outback. I spoke to them on 11/26 bacause I received the check from my insurance and they told me the part(s) they needed would be there the next day or Monday (the Thanksgiving holiday was that weekend.) and the repairs should be complete in about a week after that. Nope. Next I got an email from my insurance company that they were sending an adjuster out to assess the damage on the car. Saucon upped the estimate and when I got the check for the update on approx. 12/5 I called Saucon to again let them know I got the payment. They told me at that time it woul
