Two-Visit Review Here! First time going here a few months ago and Dylan was very efficient while providing quality service. My Lincoln had a problem with a very worn out battery that couldn’t hold a charge, and he got the new battery swapped out with the old one in half the time that I’d been told it could take to do it. He was very careful and thorough throughout the entire process. Second time going here just this last week, our cars were coming up on needing oil changes and tire rotations with pressure check. Dylan got us scheduled to do both cars back to back with minimal wait time before the appointment, and gave a very accurate time estimate for how long each car would take. I brought a vehicle to Dylan that 2 other local mechanics couldn't or didn't have the skills to repair. He is very methodical and diligent in getting his job done. The repair had to do with a code that kept coming back. He worked his way down the troubleshooting tree and came out the other side with a remarkable repair. The card he gave me said ,"Your Trusted Neighborhood Mechanic" and he didn't lie! This is the only mechanic I will ever use from now on in Abilene!
