Sauk Trail Car Wash

This use to be my go to for many years. Recently the quality of service has declined drastically. For 2 separate vehicles, i had to call the worker back for not vacuuming everything, leaving crumbs, etc. They did a rush job on my vehicle and I will not return.

Yes I know is just drying your car but went the person doing it is more concerned about checking their phone and takes over 30 minutes and don’t even wipe up your doors or even open your trunk wipe it is annoying.. I have use this car wash for over 20 years and is downhill…

This place used to be great, I’ve brought all my cars here for detailing over the years. But after my recent visits, I won’t be back. The quality and service have really degraded. I had to redo my own car in their lot while the staff stood by and watched. When I went to vacuum the dirt they left in my back seat—something a worker told me to do, and not at all far fetched given that most car washes have free vacuums—a woman with memorable teeth and short hair decided to confront me about it. Bruh, after paying nearly $40 I ended up cleaning my own tires, wiping away the bug splatter they left all over the front, and vacuuming the interior, only to get pushback for doing the job they failed to do. For $50 that it is terrible job the outside was dirty. The inside was super super dirty. I will never come here AGAIN I wouldn’t recommend my dog to come get a wash here let alone washing your vehicle here.
