Do Not Come Here!! They stole an item out of my car. At first I assumed they just moved it to do the smog check. I asked where they moved the item or if they accidentally took it. Both the cashier and tech pretended not to know what I was talking about. I checked my entire car multiple times before and after talking to them. I went back to the cashier to ask again. He starts telling me I’m wasting his time and don’t know what I’m talking about. That item has never been moved until they got in my car. It wasn’t until my boyfriend showed up that they at least gave him money to replace the stolen item. Then preceded to tell my boyfriend that I’m lying and making things up. Remember to check your car for missing items before you leave. These people are thieves with no integrity.

Smog service was quick. Prices were great. The employee who pulled in my car and stole up to 5 dollars in quarters out of my cup holder was not OK. Tried to talk to owner about it, but he said I was crazy and to leave. If he is going to steal that out of a car, what else is the employee going to steal? Filed incident report with Brentwood PD. My car shows low pressure on my tires so I keep quarters for my kids to use for compressed air if needed. When I pulled up, I pulled up my emergency break and saw a bunch of quarters. I was gonna move them but thought the business was honest. 😞.

I've had a handful of smog checks done here over the years, and they have been pretty expedient. Sometimes a line forms, and it might get a little confusing. There are other smog places in the area now so I'll drive down the street a few minutes if I can't wait.

Talked to someone a little after 2pm on a Saturday to see how long the wait time would be for a smog check and the price. They said there was no wait, they close at 5pm, and it would be $78. I showed up less than an hour later to one employee sitting outside smoking a cigarette telling me the smog station was closed. Two seconds later another employee comes around the corner clearly coming from a gas station behind the shop with a bag full of tall can beers which he put in his car and walked back in the shop. I called again just in case and the same person answered and told me they close at 2pm which makes no sense considering I called after 2pm and they said no wait time. Don’t bother going here. They’re clearly not honest to clients and drink on the premises. Not cool guys.

I have brought around 4 cars a year to savers to smog and it was always quick easy and friendly, until today. I brought my car for a smog and they had it in the bay with hood up starting the test so i walked to the store on the same property to get a drink. When i got back my car was parked outside and they had another car in there being tested. I watched the girl get her smog papers and leave they left me sitting there for an hour and 20 minutes when they came out and told me they couldnt do my smog cause their machine was down! REALLY ? I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!
