Best used car dealership hand down ! Not only have my husband and I purchased 3 vehicles from Saybrook Auto Barn , we also service all of them there as well. From the sales dept to the service dept we have had the best experiences there. From friendly to knowledgeable and then some, we highly recommend the Saybrook Auto Barn for all of you car needs! Oh and not to mention it looks like a little museum inside ! Easy 5 stars !

I've brought two of my vehicle here for maintenance checks. First one being a car I was buying. They found things the dealership did not disclose to me. My second one was brought in for a safety check as my daughter and grandchildren were getting ready for a long road trip. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. The service manager Tj Mallon consistently gave me updates as the cars were being worked on. I highly recommend them for any service you need on your vehicles and I will be taking my cars there for any work that may be needed in the future.

I went to do my emissions and was surprised when I walked in the door. The showroom has so much to look at from antique vehicles to farm equipment. The couches are very comfortable; the people are very friendly and service was excellent. Have since brought my vehicle in for oil changes etc. and have not been disappointed! Will continue to go there for everything vehicle related!! Job well done.!!!

From Sales to Service. I see why Saybrook Auto Barn has so many 5 star reviews... From having the door opened by the receptionist to being taken care of right away.
